Nothing like a winter tan.


     Even though it is winter you still need your vitamin D, the vitamin you get from the sun. A lot of people that live in places where it is not as sunny have a vitamin D deficiency.Vitamin D deficiency is known to cause several bone softening diseases like rickets. So to keep from getting a deficiency, just spend a good 15 to 20 minutes outside.It can really improve you mood, and you can even get a little tan. :)      If you want to know more about getting enough of you D, check out the sight below for more info.
