How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Do you sleep in the days
you can? and one last question, did you know that sleeping in can make
you more tired in the long run?

I know that most people
like sleeping in, I am one of them, but when I do, I am more tired the
rest of the day, the next day, and it feels like it carries into my
week. The reason for this is because I have sleeping problems, but when
you sleep in you mess up your sleeping schedule! So really, it can mess
up your whole week of sleep.
My tip of the day though is not about sleeping in, but getting
enough sleep. When you get enough sleep you are happier, feel more
awake, have more energy, and it can help you lose weight!!! The average
adult should get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night, for teens who are
still growing 14 hours is normally perfect. This does not work for
everyone, because some people need more sleep, when some need less. So
my tip of the day is go sleep off your baby fat!!!
